mewiet asked: After watching tonight's episode, what hurts the most is that she killed him because she loved him: she didn't want him to suffer with all of that evil inside of him. But it makes me so angry that they didn't allow us to have a real moment of closure before they took him away again. There was that moment where he asks for her help at the abandon house, but it was rather the opposite of closure. If anything, Nick coming back only to be immediately killed off again made his first death even worse.

I agree with every word. I was so excited about Nick’s return and at the end of the episode I was like, “Um. What?” His death—his second death—was so pointless, and only served to emotionally damage Melissa even more, opening up old wounds that have barely healed. I really do wish that they had some more closure, or at the very least they could have made him come back next season as an antagonist or something, you know? Sigh.
